Getting a diagnosis of kidney disease for your kitty can feel devastating and overwhelming. There is so much conflicting information about how to best care for your cat and it’s hard to know what you should believe.

I know you want to support your kitty in the most natural and holistic way possible. You want a professional opinion about prescription diets, fluids, supplements, and other medications that might be offered.

You may be wondering:

  • Why are so many cats in kidney failure?
  • Should I use prescription diets?
  • How can I prevent my cat from getting kidney disease?
  • How can I support my cat with kidney disease?
  • Is there a holistic approach to treating kidney disease?
  • Can my cat live a happy life with kidney disease?

You Probably want help:

  • Slowing the progression of your cat’s kidney disease.
  • Learning how to support optimal kidney function in your younger, healthy cat.
  • With a holistic plan to care for your senior cat with kidney disease.

I am here to Help you & your cat!

You will learn:

About Dr. Angie

I am a holistic veterinarian based in Boulder, Colorado. I am the owner of both Boulder Holistic Vet and Natural Cat Vet. My mission is to empower pet parents to become medical advocates for their pets. In my practice, I combine both traditional and alternative therapies to help my patients be as happy and healthy as possible.

My journey toward becoming a veterinarian started over 35 years ago when my mother brought home a black kitten. Naturally, I named him Pinky! During Pinky’s first visit to the vet, I knew immediately veterinary medicine is where I was meant to be. In 2007, I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. I then furthered my studies by traveling to China to study Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and became certified as a Veterinary Acupuncturist and Canine Rehabilitation Therapist.

Serving animals and the people that love them is my great joy. Cats are my greatest joy! Over the years, my patients have taught me that spending time with the people and creatures we love, eating good food, the healing powers of naps, and the necessity of daily play are truly what’s most important in life.
