Carbon-Neutral Shipping

Our carbon-neutral shipping initiative is facilitated through Route. Every carbon-neutral shipment contributes to a certified agroforestry project, which annually removes more than 25,000 tons of CO₂ from the atmosphere while fostering a thriving ecosystem.

Our Packaging

Every aspect of your package, including the box, tape and label, is crafted from post-consumer, biodegradable, plant-derived, renewable, and recyclable materials. Fun Fact: the ink on our boxes is made from algae, known as the world’s most sustainble ink. Furthermore, our shipping partner operates locally, right here in Louisville, Colorado!

Shipping FAQ

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed after 8AM MST will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or on major holidays.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS. We choose to use USPS as our carrier as it is one of the most environmentally friendly shipping carriers available. Think of it like your package taking a public bus ride rather than a private uber! This cuts carbon emissions dramatically. In addition, every shipment includes a tracking number, so you can closely monitor your order’s shipping and delivery status!

Choose from:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Delivery in 2-5 business days. Includes tracking. Free for all subscription orders and all orders over $125.
  • USPS Priority: Guaranteed delivery in 1-3 business days. Includes tracking and insurance.
  • USPS Priority Express: Guaranteed delivery in 1-2 business days. Includes tracking and insurance.

You will be prompted to select your shipping option at checkout.

Shipping times are estimated and can vary due to conditions affecting USPS deliveries such as weather related events and holiday seasons. Please note that USPS does not deliver on Sundays.

Colorado and California orders will incur a sales tax.

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii!

Do you ship to Canada?

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Canada due to Canadian import regulations.

Do you ship internationally?

Our apologies, but we only ship to the United States at this time.

At Natural Cat Vet, we prioritize the safety and on-time delivery of your purchases. How Do I File A Claim For A Lost, Stolen, Or Damaged Package?

How Much Time Do I Have To File A Claim?

Claims must be filed within 5 days of delivery. For packages presumed to be lost or stolen, claims may be filed no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date and up to 30 days after the carrier has marked your package as delivered.

Doesn’t Natural Cat Vet Already Replace Lost Or Stolen Packages As Standard Customer Service?

We take customer service very seriously at Natural Cat Vet, and always try our best to resolve issues as quickly as possible for our valued customers. However, when you purchase shipping insurance with Route, you have access to simple, one-click shipping claims that are processed within 24 hours, so your order will be replaced immediately.

What If My Package Gets Lost, And Route Replaces It By Ordering Another New Product For Me, And Then That Package Gets Lost, Does Route Cover That Too?

Yes! Replacement orders that are placed by Route are still insured by Route.
