Return Policy

We care about you and your feline friends. We want both of you to be super happy with your purchase, which is why we have an awesome 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy!

Here’s the deal with our returns: If you (or your cat!) aren’t absolutely thrilled with our products, just let us know.

Simply, drop us a line by email at meow@naturalcatvet.com or call/text us at 720-996-1299 to start the return process. Make sure you have your order number and any other info about your return handy.

We’ll provide you with a prepaid USPS return label, which you can use to send the product back to us. Once we receive the product, we’ll issue you a refund for the product cost and tax. As much as we’d love to, we are unable to refund initial shipping or return shipping costs or any Route fees. After we process the refund, you will see it reflected on your credit card statement in 5 to 7 business days.

One last thing: If you decide to return something after 120 days from your purchase date, we’ll provide you with store credit instead of a credit card refund. This is due to limitations with our payment processor.

Lost or Damaged Products

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged and you purchased Route purchase protection, file a claim here.

Lost Products

Here are a few steps to take if your item hasn’t arrived:

  • Check your tracking number to ensure your order was delivered to the correct shipping address.
  • Check that your order wasn’t accidentally delivered to a neighbor’s house. This happens on occassion and we have found that most neighbors are extremely helpful in getting your package to you!
  • Contact your local USPS office to see if they are holding the package for delivery.
  • If you still can’t locate your package and you purchased Route package protection, file a claim here.
